This class is a high-intensity interval training session designed to build faster, stronger, and more efficient movement. Using state-of-the-art equipment like speed ladders, bungees, hurdles, and more, you’ll be challenged to push your performance to the next level.

LOWER BODY

Build power and stability from the ground up in our Lower Body Strength class. Using barbells, dumbbells, cables, machines, resistance bands, and other functional equipment you'll strengthen all lower-body muscle groups, including the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes while improving balance, and movement efficiency that translates to both sport and everyday life.

ENDURANCE

This isn’t your average cardio class. Designed to push you beyond your limits, this high-energy workout challenges you to reach new levels of endurance and performance. In our spacious studio, you’ll train with premium equipment including rowers, assault bikes, sleds and Woodway treadmills, along with 3,000 square feet of turf for dynamic, full-body conditioning.
