GROUP CLASSES

Group Classes are uniquely designed to your goals and provide support, motivation and a  friendly environment. Here at APX we value your health in and out of the gym- our highly personal group training is one of a kind. It's time to start! We'll meet you at any fitness level and provide research based techniques to guide you through each workout.

MONDAY UPPER BODY

​Mondays are dedicated to the upper body. We will use free weights, resistance bands, cables and more to sculpt and build lean upper body muscles. 
​

TUESDAY  HIIT

Speed and agility training is not just for the star athlete. This class can improve how you move day-to-day. Whether you want to improve explosiveness, reaction time,  balance or recovery time APeXplode will get you there. Our facility has state of the art speed training equipment including: speed ladders, bungees, hurdles and more that is used in this high intensity interval training class.

WEDNESDAY LOWER BODY

​We can't build on a weak foundation- Squats, deadlifts, and lunges only scratch the surface of what you will see on a lower body strength day. Wednesdays lower body strength class is all about rep numbers and volume. 

THURSDAY ENDURANCE

​Sick of steady state cardio? This cardio class is like no other. Our method will challenge you to push past all limits and reach new goals. Our massive studio gives us the opportunity to challenge members with a variety of unique cardio equipment- rowers, assault bikes, and woodway treadmills. Don't forget about our 3,000 square feet of turf!  You will be pushing sleds, throwing medicine balls, doing box jumps and so much more. 

FRIDAY UPPER BODY

Finish the week on Fridays with our upper body workout!  Fridays at APX include both strength and conditioning exercises. This interval based class will get your heart rate up and your muscles pumped.

SATURDAY CARDIO
​SUNDAY LEG DAY

Saturday is our Weekend Warrior Cardio class. A perfect mix of HIIT and endurance this class will get your heart rate up.

Sundays are our second leg day of the week and unlike Wednesday, this class focuses on moving heavier weight with more rest time in order to increase the stress put on muscles  so we can see greater strength gains!
