APX CLASSES

APX Pump
Mondays are dedicated to the upper body. We will use free weights, resistance bands, cables and more to sculpt and build lean upper body muscles.

APeXplode
Speed and agility training is not just for the star athlete. This class can improve how you move day-to-day. Whether you want to improve explosiveness, reaction time,  balance or recovery time APeXplode will get you there. Our facility has state of the art speed training equipment including: speed ladders, bungees, hurdles and more that is used in this high intensity interval training class.
APX leg day
We can't build on a weak foundation- Squats, deadlifts, and lunges only scratch the surface of what you will see on a lower body strength day. Wednesdays lower body strength class is all about rep numbers and volume. Sundays are our second leg day of the week and unlike Wednesday, this class focuses on moving heavier weight with more rest time in order to increase the stress put on muscles  so we can see greater strength gains! 
APX Endure

Sick of steady state cardio? This cardio class is like no other. Our method will challenge you to push past all limits and reach new goals. Our massive studio gives us the opportunity to challenge members with a variety of unique cardio equipment- rowers, assault bikes, and woodway treadmills. Don't forget about our 3,000 square feet of turf!  You will be pushing sleds, throwing medicine balls, doing box jumps and so much more. 
Total APX 
Finish the week on Fridays with our total body workout!  Fridays at APX include both strength and conditioning exercises. This interval based class will get your heart rate up and your muscles pumped.
